Job summary

Western University seeks a Director, Technology (Western Advancement) to lead the technology strategy, systems governance, and data analytics that support fundraising, alumni engagement and operations. You will collaborate with Western Advancement leaders, campus partners, and ITS to set priorities and drive innovative technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• MBA/IS/Tech Management advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in PM, IT governance, info security or related area are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for technology, information management, BI and digital capabilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across Western Advancement and university partners.
• Develop and implement technology strategy and roadmap aligned with fundraising and engagement goals.
• Oversee governance, budgets, vendor relationships and resource planning.
