You’ll use your experience leading quota‑carrying teams to grow and scale investment in advertising and martech across StackAdapt’s B2B clients. Your team of account leads and account managers will be directly responsible for developing deep partnerships with advertisers, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering exceptional campaign performance to expand the vertical. StackAdapt is a remote‑first company and this role can be based in the US or Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing

Establishing the standard for revenue growth excellence and client management for your team, aligning strategies with your clients’ business objectives, and fostering high‑value + high‑trust client relationships.

Obsessing over client satisfaction and product adoption to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement, and then driving programs to address these areas.

Leading your team to deliver on the business goals of your customers, resulting in exceeding vertical revenue targets for existing customers.

Building, coaching, and managing a team of 6‑10 high‑performing account leads and account managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and development.

Driving operational rigor within your team, including vertical playbooks, account planning, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and optimizing sales processes through data and tools.

Acting as a thought leader across advertising and martech, driving long term plans and learning agendas directly and through your team.

Building and scaling approaches to execute, optimize, renew, and upsell campaigns through your team.

Overseeing major client initiatives and building strong relationships with key customers, acting as a senior point of contact and strategic consultant.

Using data and client feedback to inform strategy and technical direction, continuously raising the bar for service delivery.

Setting standards for industry engagement and knowledge‑sharing, ensuring your team stays ahead of trends and maintains technical excellence.

Represent your vertical’s interests internally; collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Solutions, Marketing, etc.) to translate voice of customer data into meaningful improvements.

Travel as necessary for client meetings, team development, and key initiatives.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

High standards and a proven track record of leading quota‑carrying teams to hit and exceed multimillion‑dollar advertising revenue targets.

Direct experience as a front line manager, leading ICs who partner with client‑side marketers through consultative solution‑based selling and data‑driven performance insights.

Extensive media and programmatic advertising experience; a deep understanding of Real‑Time Bidding (RTB), DSPs, and data‑driven marketing strategies. Martech experience across CDPs and email is a plus.

Experience growing and supporting customers across brands and agencies.

Proven ability to lead strategic planning, cross‑functional initiatives, and operational improvements.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to influence senior clients in person and on video.

Passion for mentorship, team development, and creating a culture of excellence.

A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
