Maxwell Management Group Ltd. and Radiant Care Tabor Manor in St. Catharines, Ontario, seek a Director of Care to provide clinical leadership within a 128-bed long-term care home. The role emphasizes Montessori-informed, person-centred care on a faith-based campus.

The ideal candidate is an RN with a BSN, a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 1 year LTC RN experience with 3 years in leadership. Knowledge of scheduling, regulatory requirements, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Minimum 3 years leadership/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care legislation, RAI/MDS, scheduling, and unionized work environments.

Radiant Care is seeking an experienced and inspiring Director of Care to provide clinical leadership at Tabor Manor, a 128-bed long-term care home in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Organized into four 32-resident home areas, Tabor Manor offers the opportunity to lead nursing and clinical services within an established home that is part of a broader continuum-of-care campus serving seniors through long-term care, wellness suites, supportive housing and independent living.

Qualifications:

• Professional Registration:Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and membership in good standing.
• Education:Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• RN Experience:Minimum one (1) year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Leadership Experience:Minimum three (3) years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a healthcare setting.
• Clinical & Regulatory Knowledge:Knowledge of applicable Long-Term Care legislation, RAI/MDS, nursing staff scheduling, and experience working in a unionized environment.
• Additional Requirements:Current First Aid/CPR certification, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (within six months). Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Compensation:

• Radiant Care offers acompetitive salary of $115,000 - $130,000 annually, along with atotal rewards package, including RRSP matching, extended health, dental, and vision benefits, and professional development opportunities.
