Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto is seeking a senior leader to coach and guide NAV Production team managers, ensuring accurate NAVs and regulatory compliance. You will drive process improvements, risk controls, and client-centric service across the fund range, while mentoring managers and aligning with RBC IS policies.

You will oversee performance metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within a dynamic wealth management

Formación

• Post-secondary education with an accounting/finance or equivalent
• 8-10 years financial services industry experience in an operations environment
• 3-5 years' experience managing groups of operations professionals
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good innovation and change management orientation
• Good business acumen and profit orientation
• Risk management and mitigation focus
• Good talent management and leadership capabilities
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and NAV computation for investment funds

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.
• Assist managers in resolving issues and act as their mentor & leader
• Establish an environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow and procedures
• Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring proper structure, resources and controls
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service and value proposition for clients
• Exercise sound judgement to protect RBC and client interests
• Foster inclusive, candid leadership and safe space for employees to speak up
• Ensure first-time, right-time efficient execution of client requests and transactions
• Establish goals to manage controllable and uncontrollable costs
