Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this new role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and product leadership. We’re looking for an inventive marketer with great storytelling instincts to add senior capacity to a team that is already delivering, shape marketing priorities, define and communicate our value prop, own the annual marketing plan, improve sales enablement effectiveness, develop team members, and ensure marketing is making a measurable contribution to business growth.
This is an opportunity for a leader who enjoys both strategy and execution. We are looking for someone who can set direction, make decisions, and roll up their sleeves to produce great work.
The ideal candidate is a creative, commercially minded marketing leader who enjoys hands-on involvement: a player coach who can create the work and lead the people to do it, rather than a pure strategist.
They are equally comfortable discussing strategy with senior leadership, collaborating with Sales and Product teams, and personally developing materials that move opportunities forward.
They bring sound judgment, strong communication skills and a practical approach to solving problems. They know how to create structure and accountability without creating unnecessary complexity, are adaptable and can tolerate ambiguity as commercial opportunities evolve, and they are motivated by helping both the team and the business succeed.
