Aecon Group Inc. is seeking an Integrated Project Delivery Director to lead a large, complex infrastructure program in Ontario, part of a strategic JV with partners.

You will guide governance, execution strategies and cross-functional teams to drive safe, on-time, on-budget delivery. This role demands two decades of leadership in major projects valued at over $1B, with deep IPD/JV/P3 experience, and a strong commercial acumen to manage risk and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• 20 years of progressive leadership experience in construction or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven success managing $1B+ projects with safety, schedule, cost, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Extensive experience in Alliance/IPD, Joint Venture (JV) and Public-Private Partnerships (P3).
• Deep expertise in commercial strategy, project finance, contract management and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs across partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and accountability for project performance.
• Establish execution strategy, governance and decision rights for the integrated delivery model.
• Oversee mobilization, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Maintain integrated plans for scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality and resources.
• Build trusted relationships with client, partners, government agencies and stakeholders.
