Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks a Director, People & Culture, Workday Transformation Product Manager to lead modernization of the global Workday P&C experience. You will align process design, governance, adoption and continuous improvement across Onboarding, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Life Cycle and Benefits & Compensation.

The role requires 10+ years in P&C operations, extensive Workday PM experience, and strong leadership to drive scalable, globally consistent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in P&C Operations within global organizations.
• Hands-on Workday experience as Product Manager across multiple Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Talent, Compensation & Benefits).
• Hands-on experience with complex Workday configuration and integration execution.
• Experience operating across corporate and field environments in multi‑region structures (hospitality, retail, or service industries preferred).
• Proven success in driving Workday transformation at significant scale aligned with process redesign and change adoption.
• Strong collaboration with Technology teams, COEs, P&C Business Partners and Finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Product Manager for Workday, accountable for execution of the P&C Workday innovation roadmap.
• Partner with Technology to drive the Workday transformation and ensure stability, scalability and adoption.
• Translate needs into business requirements, process maps, and digital workflows with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Finance to support data accuracy, reporting integrity and seamless payroll integrations.
• Establish and manage Workday governance for P&C enhancements and integration projects.
• Provide business requirements for integrations and automations.
• Partner with Technology to synchronize system development with process transformation.
