Job summary

Focus on WD in Canada seeks a Director of HR Operational Excellence to lead the program shaping and execution of HR process transformation across a 30,000+ employee organisation. You will drive HR service delivery improvements and partner with HRIS, Workday and ServiceNow teams to standardise and automate core HR processes.

The role reports to senior leadership, leads direct reports, and operates in a hybrid setting with a mix of onsite and remote work from Markham.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Operational Excellence or HR transformation experience.
• Proven end-to-end process redesign experience.
• Strong Workday knowledge.
• Experience working closely with HRIS and Workday teams.
• Genuine people leadership experience.

• Experience within a large or complex organisation.

What you will do
