Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. seeks a Senior Manager, HR Technology & Delivery to lead the HR tech portfolio, focusing on Workday optimization, governance, and scalable solutions.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external providers to drive adoption and readiness for growth. You will own the HR technology roadmap, manage backlogs, and ensure reliable delivery across deployments, integrations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR, IS, IT, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in HRIS/HR technology or enterprise tech delivery.
• Direct experience with Workday or comparable HRIS (HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Reporting, or Security).
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, process mapping, testing, implementation, release readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering technology roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, delivery capacity, dependencies, risks, governance, documentation, and performance measures.
• Experience leading contractors, consultants, vendors, project resources, or blended delivery teams.
• Multi-country ops experience, especially Canada/US; Workday/PM/BA/Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, discovery, requirements, and solution design for HR technology across HR, Payroll, IT, and external providers.
• Own the HR technology roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives by value, impact, risk, and capacity.
• Oversee Workday releases, integrations, configuration changes, testing, deployment, training, and adoption efforts.
• Governance and continuous improvement: establish standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Manage delivery resources and vendors, ensure schedules, quality, and customized stakeholder communications.
