Job summary

Amyantek Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead change management within an HR digital transformation program. The role focuses on moving HR processes and data within Workday, coordinating across business, HR, technology and vendors to ensure adoption and readiness.

The ideal candidate will provide regular updates and presentations to leadership, manage stakeholder communications, and drive successful delivery of Workday migrations and enhancements in a hybrid GTA/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Leading projects within an HR digital transformation environment.
• Managing Change Management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and organizational readiness.
• Providing regular project updates, reporting, and presentations to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Managing or supporting Workday-related projects, particularly experience with moving, implementing, transitioning, or enhancing HR processes and functionality within Workday.
• Coordinating across business, HR, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR digital transformation initiatives and drive project governance.
• Coordinate change management activities and stakeholder communications to secure adoption.
• Deliver regular status updates and leadership briefings on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee Workday-related movements, migrations, or enhancements to HR processes.
