Job summary

Arc’teryx in North Vancouver is seeking a Director of Global Strategic PMO Planning on the Global Strategy team. You will drive enterprise‑level strategic initiatives, set governance forums, and ensure priorities are embedded in planning across AC, Product Operations, Technology and Finance.

Based in North Vancouver with hybrid/remote Canada options and travel to North Vancouver as needed, you will partner with leaders, align funding, manage external consultants, and measure success by on‑track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy operations, or management consulting.
• Proven governance for complex, cross-functional initiatives from scratch.
• Experience scoping, briefing, and managing external consultants or agency partners.
• Influence without formal authority; ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑level initiatives with governance and decision forums.
• Translate priorities into a single integrated roadmap for cross‑functional planning.
• Align priorities across AC, Product Operations, Technology and Finance.
• Collaborate with external partners while ensuring deliverables meet standards.
• Monitor initiative health and escalate risks to leadership.
