Arc’teryx in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Senior Director, Quality to lead the global Quality function, defining the strategic direction, operating model, and long-term roadmap for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Materials Quality across the supply base.

You will build and lead a worldwide team, drive KPIs, and collaborate with ESG, Advanced Concepts, and raw materials to ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance, and sustainable manufacturing practices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading a global organization of quality professionals and leaders.
• Defining and leading the long-term Quality strategy and roadmap.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs for product integrity and vendor performance.
• Leading the Quality team to ensure effective quality structures at factories.
