Job summary

HUB Financial, a division of HUB International, seeks a Director, Digital Solutions (DDS) to advance national technology initiatives and support advisors with training on HUB’s digital tools. You will lead education programs, ensure secure platform integration, and collaborate with technology partners to enhance advisor experiences.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, CS, Finance, Insurance, or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in life insurance and/or technology support.
• Certifications such as LLQP and/or CSC are assets.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, cybersecurity, and financial planning tools.
• Experience in training, development and mentoring.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to advisors on technology solutions to enhance their business.
• Offer recommendations on HUB technology solutions (cybersecurity, CRM, financial planning, PROPEL).
• Advise and educate advisors on minimum technology standards, business continuity planning and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with HUB technology partners to increase advisor engagement.
• Evaluate innovative technology to enhance HUB’s offering to advisors.
• Onboard, promote, and support innovative technology vendor relationships.
• Maintain the technology content on HUBlink website.
• Lead thought leadership on HUB’s technology solutions.
• Deliver training and education events to advisors on HUB technology solutions.
