Job summary

HUB Financial, a division of HUB International, seeks a Director of Digital Solutions to lead national technology initiatives for advisors. Hybrid role focusing on guidance, training, and platform integration across cybersecurity and CRM tools.

You will develop educational resources, partner with tech vendors, and drive adoption of HUB’s digital solutions while ensuring compliance and security across the advisor network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in life insurance or technology support.
• LLQP and/or CSC certifications are assets.
• Strong understanding of trends in insurance and finance tech with practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise advisors on technology solutions to enhance their business.
• Educate advisors on HUB technology standards and cyber security.
• Collaborate with technology partners to increase advisor engagement.
• Lead onboarding and promotion of innovative technology vendors.
• Deliver trainings and education sessions on HUB technology solutions.
