Ryder System, Inc. in Canada seeks a results-driven Director, Customer Logistics to lead operations across Mississauga and Calgary.

This executive role oversees operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement for a major telecommunications client. You will build high-performing teams across multiple locations, drive LEAN initiatives, and shape Ryder’s logistics strategy through partnership with customers and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive warehouse and supply chain leadership experience.
• Strong LEAN principles knowledge.
• Ability to lead multiple locations.
• Experience with customer-facing leadership.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer at a regional or corporate level based on operational execution and value creation.
• Forecast, plan, manage and ensure assigned accounts meet defined financial targets.
• Manage operations to meet or exceed internal and external KPIs; lead during peak seasons, projects and implementations.
• Identify expansion opportunities with current customer(s); participate in business development and startup activities.
• Monitor safety culture; meet or exceed annual safety targets.
• Oversee deployment of Ryder's Lean Guiding Principles and foster continuous improvement.
• Hire, train, supervise GLM I and II to meet account needs.
