Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers in all operational aspects.
• Hold regular team meetings and provide coaching and recognition.
