The Director Contract Administration is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts for industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects across Canada. The Director provides leadership to the contract administration team, establishes and maintains contract policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and client obligations. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and senior leadership on contract strategy, monitoring contractual risks and performance such as submittal management and change order pricing, RFIs/SIs/Issues, scheduling strategy, managing government and private-sector contracting requirements, and supporting bid and proposal activities. The role also involves continuous improvement of contract management processes, training team members, and contributing to overall project profitability and risk mitigation.
