Job summary

The Director, Change Enablement at Manulife in Toronto leads transformation programs and coaches teams to adopt new processes, tools, and culture. You will partner with ELT/GLT to accelerate a change-adaptive mindset and drive adoption of strategic initiatives across a global CoE.

Requires 5–7 years in change enablement, strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, and experience delivering large-scale programs. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of change enablement or transformation leadership.
• Solid understanding of Kotter, Prosci ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale initiatives or programs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship management.
• Ability to quantify change readiness and adoption over time.
• Strong organizational, time management and strategic planning skills.
• Six Sigma and/or PM training are advantages.
• Prosci ADKAR certification and CCMP preferred.
• Experience in global teams and familiarity with PM tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Amenability to work onsite and from home as needed.

• Oversee a portfolio of projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
• Lead change programs using structured methodologies and design comms strategies.
• Engage stakeholders across the organization to build consensus.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track progress and impact.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources, budgets and timelines for projects.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop and deliver learning programs to enable change adoption.
