What You'll Be Doing:

As the Director, Business Development, Wealth Solutionsyour success will be measured on high investor satisfaction and retention, growth in investor referrals and repeat investments, strong brand awareness and loyalty in new and existing markets, and a scalable investor experience framework. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive investor experience framework that enhances every stage of the investor journeyonboarding, communications, education, appreciation, retention, advocacy, etc.
  • Develop and implement strategies to personalize interactions and deliver tailored, value-driven experiences that align with each investor's unique financial goals, personal goals, and family legacy aspirations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute targets marketing campaigns to deepen relationships with current investors and inspirethem to build multigenerational wealth with Skyline.
  • Identify and assess high-potential new regions for growth by conducting market research, analyzing investor demographics, and evaluating local financial landscapes.
  • Research and establish connections with local Portfolio Management offices, wealth management firms, and centersof influence to introduce Skyline's offerings and values.
  • Monitor and report on regional insight metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance, feedback, and evolving market conditions.
  • Monitor emerging trends in family office services and high network concierge programs to continuously elevate the investor experience.

What We Look For:

  • Experience: 8+ years in a client engagement, business development, investor relations, or related role.
  • Credentials: University degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing/Advertising, Public Relations/Media Relations, or related field.
