The successful candidate will build, lead and develop a high performance SMB sales team, who will drive significant B2B business growth, year over year, across the country. This role will work closely with leaders and teams across Account Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance and others to plan and execute on sales campaigns ultimately driving quantity, velocity and win rate.
The candidate must have experience leading sales teams specifically focused on selling Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Virtual Care (VC) or Wellbeing (WB) products in a B2B setting. In-depth understanding of the EAP, WB, and VC markets, including key trends, client needs, and competitive landscape. Ability to communicate the value propositions and benefits of our solutions effectively to potential clients. Strong focus on customer satisfaction, understanding of the customer journey, and ability to tailor sales approaches to meet specific client needs and create winning outcomes for both the customer and the organization.
