Sr. Regional Manager, Practice Development West at Cynosure-Lutronic

Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales of consumables, including face masks and ampoules, while generating capital device leads within an assigned region. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing strategic support, and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Cynosure Lutronic products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

  • Travel within the designated territory to engage and support Cynosure Lutronic accounts, driving business growth and sales revenue.
  • Conduct regular on-site account visits to build strong, lasting relationships with providers, owners, and staff.
  • Prospect within the territory to open new ampoules, face mask, and capital device accounts.
  • Educate customers on business planning, practice development, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Provide ongoing practice support and clinical education to optimize product utilization.
  • Train customers on sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and product adoption.
  • Organize and execute in-office events to drive sales efforts and results.
  • Deliver outstanding educational experiences and product training on Cynosure Lutronic’s face mask and ampoule lines.
  • Drive and secure orders for consumables, face masks, and ampoules.
  • Schedule and manage in-person account visits based on tiering and geography to maximize business results.
  • Report sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
  • Represent the company at customer events, including open houses, lunch-and-learns, and weekend programs.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Collect before-and-after photos and advanced treatment feedback from customers.
  • Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday” standard.
  • Up to 70%-80% travel

Qualifications

Education

  • BS/BA Degree in marketing or related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, field-based marketing; aesthetic practice development, combination of sales and practice development experience is preferred.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Solid understanding of marketing including traditional, digital, and in-office marketing.
  • Strong understanding of business planning and practice development strategies.
  • Data base/CRM experience i.e., Salesforce.com is an added plus.

Skills

  • Proficient in tracking and analyzing data.
  • Must have extensive Microsoft Office skills specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Efficient time management skills to ensure highest level of customer service.
  • Passionate; self-initiated to drive performance and consistently deliver results and commitments on a timely basis.
  • Consultative and supportive approach to assist with customer needs.
  • Demonstrates good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Must be comfortable with making decisions and flexible to changing needs.
  • Must be able to demonstrate proven creative talent and originality.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
