What You Will Do
- Develop a business plan to expand our advanced manufacturing offerings in HMI, Robotics, AI, IoT, and Advanced Materials.
- Build an ecosystem for advanced manufacturing, including partnerships and potential acquisitions.
- Use a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and pain points.
- Align Innovobot’s value proposition with client needs and promote our open innovation model.
- Manage client relationships at all organizational levels.
- Generate and close sales opportunities, prioritizing activities for revenue growth.
- Develop strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and technology to identify opportunities.
- Conduct VOC and competitive analysis.
- Provide updates and KPIs to executive management.
- Represent Innovobot at events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with marketing to segment clients and align resources for optimal client experience.
Who You Are
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree; experience in engineering or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, client focus, and consultative selling skills.
- Proactive, independent, and capable of leading all phases of business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Familiarity with technology, legal, and financial terminology, and contractual agreements.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility.
- Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
