Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking an Insurance Account Manager in Ontario to join a high-energy team. You will provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions, generate leads, schedule appointments, and tailor products to client needs while building lasting relationships.

You will manage inquiries, meet sales goals, collaborate with agents, and engage with the community to promote insurance offerings across Canada.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in outbound and inbound contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Customer service experience, minimum 2 years, with a sales mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with centre of influences.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.

What Will Make You Successful

• Sales experience (outbound and inbounds sales).
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
