TD is seeking a Branch Leader in Longueuil to mentor a medium-sized team, guide customer conversations, and ensure a high-quality banking experience. The role focuses on strategic direction, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration with Wealth and Business Banking.

You will oversee scheduling, compliance-related tasks, and develop business strategies within budget while maintaining TD's commitment to customer service excellence and community involvement.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, policies, programs, and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, employees, and cross functional teams.
• Discretion and judgement with confidential information.
• Dedicated and committed leader with negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Mentor the team on advice-giving strategies on banking solutions to improve the customer experience.
• Promote TD's image by participating in community events.
• Enhance customer experience by understanding financial needs and providing solutions.
• Escalation point for the branch to resolve issues and ensure proper action.
• Oversee complex branch admin duties for mutual funds, real estate secured credit, and compliance issues.
• Ensure optimal employee scheduling.
• Develop and implement business development strategies within budget.
• Ensure accuracy of all customer transactions per TD's policies.
• Mentor on offering One TD solutions and building relationships with customers.
• Liaise with Wealth and Business Banking to stay updated with processes and regulations.
• Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
