Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Secure and manage merchandise to designated locations.
• Receive and process direct and local deliveries promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and document returns and claims.
• Follow safety practices and proper equipment use (box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders).
• Collaborate withOperations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve issues.
• Safeguard backdoor access and key controls to ensure security standards.
• Follow cold chain procedures and document information.
• Train and support other Directs Store Delivery Associates.
