What You’ll Do
You’ll knock on doors in high-potential neighbourhoods, educate homeowners on our storm-damage and home-improvement programs, and book qualified inspection appointments for our closers. Expect to canvass six days a week, track every conversation in our CRM, hit daily lead targets, and represent multiple verticals with professionalism and energy. Full onboarding and tactical sales training from industry leaders are provided.
How You Advance
Milestone 1:
Booked 30 qualified appointments in a single month
Reward:
Promoted to Closer (average earnings $ 150k+)
Milestone 2:
Close $ 500k in revenue within three months as a Closer

Drive a $2 million team revenue within 12 months
