Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Compensation is based on individual sales performance)

This is a remote, performance-based career opportunity as an Independent Contractor with AO Globe Life, an organization that has been in business for over 60 years and is recognized as a significant provider of supplemental insurance in North America. We are currently expanding our team and looking for candidates who are ready to grow both personally and professionally.


Your Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
  • Present tailored insurance solutions based on those needs
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through follow-up
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada (we are unable to accept candidates on limited work visas or with 20-hour/week restrictions)
  • Willingness to obtain or currently hold a provincial life insurance license
  • Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
