In this fast-paced business environment, the Sales team, responsible for maintaining and expanding our activity towards worldwide customers, is looking for a Sales Development Representative & Marketing Specialist.

Your main missions, with support from Senior Sales Representatives, are to support the teams in commercializing our solutions and to assist in the international expansion of Training Orchestra.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Qualify and convert a high volume of leads (inbound and outbound)
  2. Schedule qualified, sales-ready meetings for the Sales team
  3. Automate lead prospecting to scale and accelerate conversions using tools like SalesLoft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  4. Become the subject matter expert for our sales automation tool, SalesLoft
  5. Help define and improve social selling strategies and processes
  6. Design outreach steps and touchpoints
  7. Create engaging email, LinkedIn, and phone message templates
  8. Share resources with the sales development team
  9. Create campaign templates and workflows in SalesLoft
  10. Monitor, measure, and improve these processes
  11. Understand and communicate the value proposition of Training Orchestra’s Training Resource Management System and services; act as product expert when engaging prospects
  12. Travel to industry tradeshows and events within the US and internationally as needed
  13. Achieve and surpass qualification objectives and results
  14. Stay updated on industry and market trends to better understand prospects' needs
  15. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position at a B2B company
  16. Experience in the learning industry is a plus
  17. Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
