Job summary

Dare Foods Milton is hiring for 1 B Shift Panner/packer. The role involves operating packaging equipment, ensuring safety, and maintaining efficient line performance. You will support the Panner/Packer duties when required, with a 2 PM to 10 PM Monday to Friday schedule and overtime as needed.

The position offers steady full-time hours in a food manufacturing environment. Candidates must follow GMP, SQF, HACCP standards, demonstrate good problem-solving skills, and maintain a positive team

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform duties.
• Experience with GMP, SQF, HACCP standards.
• Overtime availability noted.

Responsibilities

• Operate panner/packer machinery and ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and work under pressure.
• Maintain GMP, SQF, HACCP and quality requirements.
• Carry out any other assignment to ensure a safe, clean and efficient operation.

Job description

Dare Foods Milton has an opening for 1 (one) B Shift Panner/packer. The successful candidates will work as a Panner/Packer when required.

This position is an 8-hour shift from 2PM- 10PM Monday to Friday.

Wage: $28.71

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Ensuring safety is a priority when performing all tasks.
• Must possess a strong ability to overcome and solve problems, troubleshooting issues and work well under pressure.
• Must be physically able to handle all aspects of the position.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Must be mechanically inclined. Previous experience in packaging machinery would be considered an asset. Must be aware of all GMP, SQF, HACCP and quality requirements.
• Must be quality driven.
• Must possess a positive team attitude.
• Any math and computer skills would be an asset
• Carry out any other assignment deemed necessary to ensure a safe, clean and efficient operation.
• Willing to trained on the Day shift for an undetermined period before moving to their assigned shift.
