Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Training Content Designer to develop and maintain engaging learning content across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning formats. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex technical information into effective training materials and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Training & Content development including e-learning and AI-assisted tools (EasyGenerator).
• 5–8 years of Learning Management System administration (in particular SAP SuccessFactors).
• Nuclear industry experience is considered an asset.
• Experience with technical writing and training coordination.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning training solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and translate technical information into training content.
• Create instructional design deliverables: objectives, outlines, lesson plans, curricula, storyboards, and roadmaps.
• Develop training materials such as instructor guides, participant workbooks, job aids, assessments, and visual assets.
• Build interactive digital learning experiences using approved authoring tools (e.g., EasyGenerator).
• Produce visual content and multimedia assets to enhance engagement and safety awareness.
• Support LMS administration: course uploads, enrollments, tracking, reporting, and content maintenance.
