Job summary

Town of Milton is seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst to bridge business needs and technology. The role focuses on intake, analysis, requirements management, and coordinating implementation across digital initiatives.

You will work with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to assess opportunities, design solutions, and enable adoption of digital services in a data-driven, citizen-centered environment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, BA, CS, public admin, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in business analysis, digital solutions, or IT project support/management.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations and requirements development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead intake assessment, evaluation, and requirements gathering for digital initiatives.
  • Define functional and nonfunctional requirements for digital solutions.
  • Coordinate delivery with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with standards and architecture.
