Our Cordant Solutions offers a holistic suite of machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software, and services. We have developed solutions, "Cordant," which assist clients with asset performance management, process optimization, and energy management.

Partner with the best

This Software Sales Representative will support the growth of our Cordant Software platform, focusing on Health, Strategy, and Defect Elimination solutions. You will be responsible for strategy development, sales, and activation of assigned customer accounts, engaging with leadership and clients to provide SaaS-based solutions.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will:

  • Engage with 'C' level and key customer personas to promote the Cordant Solutions portfolio.
  • Establish partnership relationships with key clients as a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion.
  • Develop and drive strategic account plans for key accounts.
  • Coordinate with technical sales teams for in-depth technical understanding of solutions.
  • Lead efforts to expand market share, pipeline planning, and management.
  • Support regional sales strategies relevant to the market.
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop growth strategies for complex, enterprise customers.

Qualifications for success:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 3-7 years of SaaS software sales experience to industrial customers.
  • Successful experience with Asset Performance Management, Machine Condition Monitoring, or similar software sales.
  • Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments in manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in long-term resource, technology, and account management planning.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
  • Compensation based on a 50/50 software sales plan.
