TechInsights in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking an Applied AI Solutions Architect to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions. You will design and build end-to-end AI agents, tools, integrations, and workflows, working with product managers, analysts, and customers to define success criteria.

This on-site role blends business analysis, solution architecture, and hands-on delivery using AI coding tools to move ideas to production.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous problems into production AI solutions.
• Hands-on with LLMs: agents, tools, data retrieval and output-quality evaluation.
• Strong solution architecture / solutions engineering experience.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools is a plus.
• Experience with AWS and MCP integrations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership of technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own business problems from start to finish with sponsor alignment.
• Gather requirements from product managers, analysts, and customers; document problem statements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and phase work to deliver incremental value.
• Break problems into AI agents, tools, data retrieval, integrations and UIs.
• Design scalable, performant, cost-effective solutions aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with product, UX, SRE and other architects to define solutions.
• Build rapid prototypes to validate approaches before full delivery.
• Build end-to-end solutions including agents, skills, tools, connectors, UIs.
• Use Claude Code and AI tools; review for quality and security.
• Automate repeatable development and ops tasks with AI.
• Define test plans with QA and testing agents.
• Take solutions from prototype to production; work with software teams.
• Set success metrics with sponsors; measure usage and business impact.
