Partner with eCommerce, Creative, and Merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with launches, promotions, and business priorities.

Understand creative performance deeply — identifying winning formats, concepts, hooks, and iterations — and drive ongoing creative optimization to improve efficiency and scale.

Lead testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages) and translate findings into scalable wins.

Manage reporting dashboards; present insights, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Monitor channel health, pixel/data tracking, audience quality, and attribution.

Stay ahead of industry changes, innovation within AI, algorithm shifts, and best practices across Klayvio, Pinterest, Meta, and Google.
