Job description

  • Test and maximize the usage of new technology (AI software) and tools to create SEO-rich content at scale.
  • Responsible for growing the organic pipeline by writing engaging content that is optimized for key search terms in order to drive qualified traffic to our website.

Website optimization

  • Focus on website optimization to improve visitor experience and conversion rates for our target audience.
  • Become an internal expert in our website theme and the HubSpot CMS.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven decisions for optimizing our website visitors’ experience.
  • Develop and implement A / B testing strategies to optimize website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare monthly reporting on website performance, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to enhance online strategies.

Other responsibilities

  • Support our Digital Marketing lead on the execution of our paid ad campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications :

  • Strong aptitude for learning, testing, and maximizing usage of new technology and tools.
  • Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of website development is an asset.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • A degree or diploma in marketing or a related field.
