In this role, our Marketing Specialist will …
Campaign management execution
- Work proactively with departments across the organization to explore and identify ways to leverage traditional, digital, and social media to help support department campaigns, initiatives, goals, and objectives, using inputs from sales and technical team.
- Manage marketing campaigns & projects, including timeline, client brief, creative, production and media for 360 digital tactics, driving awareness, lead generation, conversion and retention. As main
- Create content for digital initiatives, using SEO best practices and industry’s trends, in order to develop dynamic workflow with personalized message. You will be involved in the copywriting of emails for clients or employees to promote events, press release for a new product launch, ads for special deals, articles to promote customer success stories and other customer-driven communications as needed.
- Optimize campaign based on results and diversify content & design with A/B testing, ad formats and various targeting to improve performance
- Assist in managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), including scheduling posts, sourcing content, and monitoring engagement.
- Help execute paid media campaigns / purchase on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with external agencies, and key partners to deliver best-in-class results for all marketing projects
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Support the preparation of campaign performance reports, lead tracking using Google Analytics and marketing dashboards. Make some recommendations based on insights.
- Organize data analysis, segmentation to better understand our audiences’ behaviours and prepare contact lists for email marketing and automation workflows.
- Implement workflows into the automation tool
Event Coordination
- Support marketing events manager with logistics such as booking, shipping materials, and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist with follow-up tasks like lead distribution and event performance reporting.
Administrative & Team Support
- Centralize marketing materials in internal libraries and shared platforms.
- Help source quotes and track expenses related to mkt projects
- Participate in weekly team meetings and assist in keeping project timelines on track.
Learning & Development
- Attend relevant training sessions, webinars, and conferences to stay up to date on digital marketing tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn campaign strategy, media planning, and performance optimization.
About you...
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience, either client-side or agency side
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, particularly writing.
- Comfortable working and collaborating within a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in copywriting and implementation of SEO best practices
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Well-understanding on media, ad types strategically. Media execution a plus
- Details & results oriented with strong project management skills
- Datas and dynamic workflow sensitive
- Team player
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite
- Strong professional working knowledge of CRM like hubspot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, automation like Hubspot, CMS, etc.
- Understanding of B2B marketing approach & needs – particularly in Buidling, Construction, engineering
- Bilingual preferred (English, French)

Vos responsabilités
Soutien et exécution de campagnes
- Travailler en collaboration avec les différentes équipes pour identifier les opportunités et exploiter les canaux traditionnels, numériques et sociaux.
- Gérer les projets marketing : brief, création, production, médias et délais.
- Rédiger du contenu pour des campagnes marketing (emails, communiqués de presse, publicités, articles clients).
- Optimiser les campagnes via des tests A/B, divers formats publicitaires et ciblages.
- Gérer les publications sur les réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) et soutenir la publicité payante (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Collaborer avec des agences externes et partenaires stratégiques.
Opérations marketing & analytique
- Participer à l’analyse des performances (Google Analytics, dashboards) et formuler des recommandations.
- Segmenter les audiences et préparer des listes de contacts pour les campagnes d’emailing.
- Intégrer des workflows dans l’outil d’automatisation.
Coordination d’événements
- Soutenir le responsable événements : logistique, coordination fournisseurs, expéditions.
- Participer au suivi : leads, performance, rapports post-événement.
Soutien administratif & d’équipe
- Centraliser les supports marketing (bibliothèques partagées).
- Aider à la gestion des devis et suivi des dépenses liées aux projets.
- Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires et assurer le bon avancement des projets.
Apprentissage & développement
- Suivre des formations, webinaires ou conférences pour rester à jour sur les meilleures pratiques.
- Travailler aux côtés des membres seniors pour développer vos compétences en stratégie, planification média et optimisation.
Profil recherché
- 5 ans+ d’expérience en marketing B2B (en agence ou côté client)
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou domaine connexe
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite
- À l’aise dans un environnement de travail en télétravail
- Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques SEO et rédaction marketing
- Esprit analytique et orienté données
- Bonne compréhension des canaux médias & formats publicitaires
- Sens du détail, autonomie et gestion de projets
- Aisance avec les workflows dynamiques
- Esprit d’équipe
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
