Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise and assisting with purchases.
• Coordinate task completion and daily picking/dispensing activities as directed by Digital Fulfillment Coach and Store Management.
• Monitor department presentation and stock; identify deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Lead daily team huddle, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates to coverages as needed.
• Support training opportunities through coaching and feedback; develop associates.
