Job summary

Toromont Cat in Winnipeg is seeking a Digital Engagement Advisor to accelerate adoption of digital solutions with customers and internal teams. You will develop regional growth plans, support onboarding, and monitor platform performance to drive engagement.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in IT/Marketing/Business and 3–6 years of experience in digital solutions or customer engagement, with strong communication, training, and analytical skills to deliver value-based outcomes.

• Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Digital teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence adoption without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promote and accelerate adoption of Toromont’s digital solutions by partnering with customers, PSSRs, MSRs, and Sales teams.
• Develop and execute regional digital growth plans to increase customer engagement and platform utilization.
• Support customer onboarding during equipment delivery, including account setup, configuration, and training.
• Monitor digital performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategies to enhance adoption.
• Deliver customer and internal training on digital tools, features, and best practices.
• Lead customer information sessions, site visits, and awareness campaigns to demonstrate the value of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize data quality, improve user experiences, and maximize platform value.
• Gather customer feedback and work closely with Digital Operations and Digital Solutions teams to support continuous improvement and new solution enhancements.
• Contribute to cross-functional customer engagement initiatives alongside Sales Representatives and Caterpillar partners.

In a typical day, YOU will:
