Job summary

Toromont Cat in Winnipeg is seeking a Digital Engagement Advisor to grow customer adoption of our digital portfolio. You will partner with customers, PSSRs, MSRs, and Sales teams to develop regional growth plans, onboard customers during equipment delivery, and monitor performance metrics to optimize usage.

You will be responsible for growing customer adoption of Toromont’s digital portfolio of tools, ensuring sales teams, branches and customers understand the value of the tools, know how to use them and are leveraging them fully.

Pay Type

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$69,520 - $86,901

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Promote and accelerate adoption of Toromont’s digital solutions by partnering with customers, PSSRs, MSRs, and Sales teams.
• Develop and execute regional digital growth plans to increase customer engagement and platform utilization.
• Support customer onboarding during equipment delivery, including account setup, configuration, and training.
• Monitor digital performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategies to enhance adoption.
• Deliver customer and internal training on digital tools, features, and best practices.
• Lead customer information sessions, site visits, and awareness campaigns to demonstrate the value of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize data quality, improve user experiences, and maximize platform value.
• Gather customer feedback and work closely with Digital Operations and Digital Solutions teams to support continuous improvement and new solution enhancements.
• Contribute to cross-functional customer engagement initiatives alongside Sales Representatives and Caterpillar partners.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in digital solutions, technology adoption, sales support, marketing, customer engagement, or a related field.
• Passionate about helping customers leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-focused, with a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver value-based solutions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to track performance metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Digital teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence adoption without direct supervisory responsibility.
