Digital Customer Acquisition Lead

Raw Office is an exciting tech start-up that helps organizations become more eco-friendly via its next-generation ecommerce procurement platform. What You Will Do

The Digital Customer Acquisition Lead is responsible for acquiring high volumes of B2B customers via digital channels. You will oversee and implement all digital marketing initiatives including brand management, digital acquisition, funnel creation, copywriting, analytics, research, public relations, social media, content creation, and creative strategies. Your daily activities will include:

  1. Tracking and optimizing acquisition metrics
  2. Creating and optimizing targeted digital B2B acquisition channels using social media, growth hacking, landing pages, paid advertising, retargeting, SEO, email, blogs, videos, content marketing, viral marketing, referrals, influencer marketing, and more
  3. Continuously improving strategies to minimize acquisition costs and increase Customer Lifetime Value

Technical Skills Required

As the Digital Customer Acquisition Lead, you must be able to own, create, and execute all aspects of digital marketing initiatives. Required skills include:

  • Experience in acquiring large quantities of B2B customers through digital channels
  • Degree in marketing, business, design, data science, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital acquisition and leadership
  • Proven success in developing and managing brand strategies supporting growth goals
  • Strong understanding of current B2B online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • High proficiency in social media platforms
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to identify and implement emerging digital marketing trends
