Job Description

The Transactions and Valuation Manager manages the evaluation and sourcing of on- and off-market investment opportunities. This role partners closely with other company stakeholders during the acquisition and valuation processes, including asset management and capital management teams.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Evaluate investment opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders during acquisition and valuation processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to ensure a strong pipeline of acquisitions
• Review and evaluate investment offerings from brokers, asset managers, and owners
• Perform financial analyses of properties, tenants, and market conditions
• Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to support investment decisions
• Review industry surveys, economic, and demographic trends
• Travel to inspect properties, coordinating with third-party consultants and experts
• Support negotiations and provide strategic advice during transactions
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures
• Organize and oversee property valuations in collaboration with relevant teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
• Over three years of relevant experience in financial analysis, including NPV, IRR, Cash Flow, and ratio analysis
• Strong financial modeling skills, capable of creating DCF and waterfall models from scratch
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a dynamic environment
• Effective time management skills and autonomous work capability
• Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
