The City of Mississauga has an opportunity for a Digital Coordinator to join our Strategic Communications and Initiatives Division. Reporting to the Supervisor, Social Media & Digital Platforms the successful applicant will work collaboratively to create, edit, and publish user-focused content on various digital platforms such as social media & e-mail.
This role is focused on creating compelling, audience-centered content that informs, engages, and inspires residents across the City's digital channels. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, production, and publishing of organic social media content, video, photography, and email communications that support City priorities and initiatives.
You are a creative storyteller with a passion for content creation and digital communications. You thrive on developing engaging social media content, capturing compelling photos and video and translating it, into audience-focused stories. You are highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of the team, you will play a key role in planning, creating, and publishing content across the City's digital channels. Responsibilities include:
Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 38.90 - $ 51.87
