The City of Mississauga is seeking a Security Systems Coordinator within our Enforcement Division to support the Manager of Security Systems. You will process payments, complete reports, and guide team members in daily workflows, including card access, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities include reviewing contractor invoices, reconciling payments, monitoring security systems, and contributing to capital projects.

Reporting to the Manager, Security Systems, the Security Systems Coordinator will provide administrative support, process payments, complete reports and provides functional guidance to team members, assigning work and assisting in supporting workflow. Responsible for reviewing and processing contractor invoices, reviewing payroll hours prior to approval, coordinating card access and key access, reporting on lost, stolen, defecting or missing cards and equipment and coordinating work related to Corporate Capital Projects.
Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 70,807.00 - $ 94,410.00
