Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital content and client communication initiatives from intake through delivery.

• Work closely with content writers, designers, Product Owners, technology teams and Change Management.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and ensure appropriate teams are engaged.

• Review content and communications as an initial quality and consistency checkpoint.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Digital Content & Communications Coordinator in the financial services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Our client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is looking for a Digital Content & Project Coordinator to join a growing digital investing team.

This is a business-focused role sitting at the intersection of digital content, project coordination and client communications. The successful candidate will help coordinate a high volume of digital content initiatives, ensuring projects move forward, stakeholders remain aligned, deadlines are met, and client-facing communications are consistent and accurate.

A typical day:

• Coordinate digital content and client communication initiatives from intake through delivery
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines and dependencies simultaneously
• Work closely with content writers, content designers, Product Owners, technology teams and Change Management
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and ensure the appropriate teams are engaged
• Track deliverables, follow up on outstanding items and keep projects moving toward deadlines
• Support project intake and workflow management using JIRA
• Review content and communications as an initial quality and consistency checkpoint
• Support content audits and the organization of digital educational resources

The successful candidate brings:

An ideal candidate has:

• Experience within banking or financial services is helpful but not required.
• Experience working for an organization known for a strong digital customer experience would also be highly relevant.
• Exposure to digital investing, financial education, AI-enabled digital experiences, UX/UI environments, change management or highly regulated industries would be considered an asset.
