Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Toronto is seeking a Change Delivery Lead to provide strategic, end-to-end change leadership across a complex portfolio within financial services. The role blends business readiness, capacity planning and client experience to shape how change is designed and adopted.

Hybrid work model available. Candidates will bring 10+ years in change management, a Prosci designation, and a track record of leading large, multi-project programs across people, processes and technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in change management, transformation or a related discipline.
• Prosci certification or an equivalent change management designation.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale and complex change portfolios.
• Experience developing and executing portfolio-level change strategies.
• Strong understanding of organizational readiness, adoption, capacity management and sustainment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders within a large, matrixed organization.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Change Delivery Lead in the financial services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Change Delivery Lead to provide strategic, end-to-end change leadership across a complex portfolio of business, regulatory, product and technology initiatives.

This role will move beyond managing change one project at a time. You will help shape how change is designed, prioritized, sequenced and adopted across the organization, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business readiness, frontline capacity, client experience and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead change delivery across a portfolio of complex and concurrent initiatives
• Align change activities across people, processes, technology, operating models and ways of working
• Develop and govern integrated change strategies from initial intake through adoption and sustainment
• Manage change sequencing, readiness gates, organizational capacity and change saturation
• Apply design thinking and systems thinking to identify dependencies and downstream impacts
• Define and track readiness, adoption, behaviour-change and sustainment measures
• Identify resistance and develop targeted engagement, communications, training and leader-enablement strategies
• Ensure client-facing and frontline changes are guided by business readiness rather than technology timelines alone

Successful candidates will have

• 10+ years of progressive experience in change management, transformation or a related discipline
• Prosci certification or an equivalent change management designation
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale and complex change portfolios
• Experience developing and executing portfolio-level change strategies
• Strong understanding of organizational readiness, adoption, capacity management and sustainment

• Experience establishing and using change measures to inform decisions and evaluate outcomes

Total rewards: $80.00 - $115.00 hourly
