We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Digital Operations Director to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:
As a Digital Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes across all service lines. You will oversee and manage a team of approximately 8 cross-functional leaders, including departments such as SEO, Content, Web Development, Design, Paid Media, Email Marketing & Automation, and Social Media. In this role, you are ultimately accountable for ensuring that all teams deliver high-quality work, perform at an elite level, and maintain high standards as measured by clear KPIs and goals.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum of 8+ years experience with at least 4+ years in hands-on marketing & project management (must have).
- Well-versed in SEO, inbound marketing, content, social media, web development, email, paid media, and design.
- At least 4 years managing teams of 10+ direct reports (must have).
- Experience in growth environments overseeing 50-100 team members.
- Highly systems-focused, experienced in SOPs, KPIs, and building high-performance teams.
- Proven success in coaching and managing performance in firms with $15-$50M+ revenue.
- Passionate about people management and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of making tough personnel decisions.
- Data-driven with a focus on success metrics.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and resourceful.
- Proficient in leveraging AI for marketing optimization.
- Familiarity with Traction EOS or Rockefeller Habits is a major asset.
- Experience in an agency environment is highly desirable.
- Proactive in workload and resource management.
- Obsessed with details; effective micromanagement is your superpower.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence:
- Manage a team of 8+ functional managers leading approximately 70 people.
- Conduct weekly meetings with managers to ensure deliverables and results.
- Manage capacity planning and hiring budgets aligned with business forecasts.
- Remove roadblocks and meet milestones, stepping in when necessary.
- Utilize automation and new technologies to add value for clients.
- Ensure project profitability and ROI.
Leadership Team Accountability & Management:
- Hold team members accountable for KPIs, results, and SOPs.
- Coach, mentor, and recruit team members; develop skills with measurable goals.
- Ensure leadership succession planning within the organization.
- Foster a culture of high energy, enthusiasm, and excellence aligned with core values.
- Implement and oversee quality standards and auditing processes.
- Standardize coaching and training across the organization using playbooks.
- Mentor and elevate functional managers or transition them out if necessary.
- Report to and collaborate with the Head of Agency Operations.
KPI Management & Adherence:
- Forecast and monitor client campaign performance via KPI dashboards.
- Oversee manager adherence to standards and manage SLAs.
- Address risks, meet milestones, and resolve performance issues.
Service Delivery Innovation:
- Create, document, and streamline systems and processes for each area.
- Stay updated on inbound marketing trends and strategies.
- Manage quality standards for all deliverables through QA processes.
- Collaborate with other department directors to meet company goals.
