We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Digital Operations Director to join our dynamic team. Specializing in digital marketing, Jumpfactor is committed to delivering measurable results for managed IT & cybersecurity firms. Role Overview:
As a Digital Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes across all service lines. You will oversee and manage a team of approximately 8 cross-functional leaders, including departments such as SEO, Content, Web Development, Design, Paid Media, Email Marketing & Automation, and Social Media. You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring high-quality work, performance excellence, and maintaining a high standard as measured by clear KPIs and goals.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with at least 4+ years in hands-on marketing & project management (mandatory).
- Well-versed in SEO, inbound marketing, content, social media, web development, email marketing, paid media, and design.
- At least 4 years managing teams of 10+ direct reports (mandatory).
- Experience in growth environments overseeing teams of 50-100 members.
- Highly systems-focused, experienced in SOPs, KPIs, and building high-performance teams.
- Proven track record in coaching and managing performance in companies generating $15M-$50M+ in revenue.
- Passionate about people management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to make tough personnel decisions with zero tolerance for mediocrity.
- Data-driven in success tracking across all areas.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and resourceful.
- Proficient in leveraging AI to optimize marketing execution.
- Experience with Traction EOS or Rockefeller Habits is a plus.
- Agency experience is a major asset.
- Proactive in workload and resource management.
- Obsessed with details; effective micromanagement is your superpower.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence:
- Managing a team of 8+ functional managers leading approximately 70 people.
- Conducting weekly meetings with managers to ensure deliverables and results.
- Managing capacity planning and hiring budgets aligned with business forecasts.
- Removing roadblocks and meeting milestones, being hands-on when necessary.
- Utilizing automation and new technologies to enhance client value.
- Ensuring project profitability and client ROI.
Leadership Team Accountability & Management:
- Holding team members accountable for KPIs, results, and SOP adherence.
- Coaching, mentoring, recruiting, and skill-building with measurable goals.
- Ensuring leadership succession planning.
- Fostering a culture of excellence, high energy, and alignment with core values.
- Implementing and overseeing quality standards through auditing and measurement.
- Standardizing coaching and training practices across the organization.
- Mentoring functional managers for growth or role transition.
- Reporting to the Head of Agency Operations.
KPI Management & Adherence:
- Tracking campaign performance via KPI dashboards.
- Monitoring manager adherence to standards and managing risks.
- Maintaining SLAs for quality work.
- Addressing risks, milestones, and performance issues promptly.
Service Delivery Innovation:
- Creating, documenting, and streamlining systems and processes.
- Keeping up with inbound marketing trends and strategies.
- Managing quality standards through QA processes.
- Collaborating with other departments to meet company goals.
