As the Director of Operational Analytics for Personal and Commercial Operations (PCO), you will play a pivotal role in transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, effectiveness and innovation across our banking operations. You will lead a team of analysts and data professionals focused on operational performance, process optimization, and strategic reporting. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions that shape the future of banking operations.
