Job summary

MasterTech is seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics in the Montreal, QC area to join our shop team. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on a diverse fleet of diesel trucks and equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of diesel experience, familiarity with heavy equipment, and a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. A valid driver's license is required; overtime is available and wages are competitive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of diesel mechanic experience required.
• Experience with diesel trucks, trailers, heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Job description

MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in the Montreal, QC area.

The successful Diesel Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of diesel trucks and equipment in a shop setting.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $40.00/hour. Higher wages available based on experience.
• Boot and tool reimbursement.
• Quarterly profit sharing opportunities.
• RRSP match.
• 2 weeks vacation, sick days and personal days.

Shift:

• Day shift, Monday to Friday. 7AM start time. Overtime available.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (diesel trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, etc.).
• Previous experience with a heavy equipment or diesel truck dealership preferred.
  
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
