Infosys is seeking a DevOps Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in Java and DevOps
• Strong coding knowledge in Java
• Hands-on experience on infrastructure setup and management including Cloud
• Strong understanding of building and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Tooling exposure: Lightspeed Enterprise, TeamCity, Jenkins, uDeploy
• Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Test-Driven Development environments
• Experience in project lifecycle activities on development and maintenance/production support projects
• In-depth knowledge of modern application architecture, practical experience with Microservices
• Cloud Native Applications Development
• Good knowledge of API design
• Experience with DevOps practices such as pipelines, CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
• Strong analytical skills
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility, high customer orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in Ontario:

$89,004 to $115,491
